Jîth-rêlêkè Fêqê (/ˈvɪva/ /rɘˈlɘkè/ [academic] [conquest]) is a temperate Town located in the Jithêmênë Zone of the Union of Engineers.

The name Jîth-rêlêkè Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Jîth-rêlêkè Fêqê was founded by Celia Brënmtesí, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Jîth-rêlêkè Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 24°C (75°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 21°C (69°F). Overview

Jîth-rêlêkè Fêqê was founded durring the late 14th century in fall of the year 1268, by Celia Brënmtesí. The establishment of Jîth-rêlêkè Fêqê was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Jîth-rêlêkè Fêqê's construction back out of the project. Celia Brënmtesí pushed on reguardles, and Jîth-rêlêkè Fêqê was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Jîth-rêlêkè Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Jîth-rêlêkè Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.

Jîth-rêlêkè Fêqê is buildings are speckled and packed arround broad cobblestone streets with seemingly no patern to them. It appears as if the town's residents simply built streets as they pleased and squeazed buildings in wherever and howeave rpossible, creating an organic, frustrating to navigate, maze of a town. The town is the proud owner of a thick set of fortified walls fashioned from querried stone blocks. While not up to snuff for a fort or castle wall, the town's walls are naturaly much larger than those of forts or castles. Therefore, the construction such a wall is most expencive. Jîth-rêlêkè Fêqê's buget focused wall would serve its community well in battle in spite of looking unimpressive compared to castles and fortresses. Unfortuantly, these top tier civilian fortifications are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.

A look around Jîth-rêlêkè Fêqê makes you wonder how anything ever gets done. The locals have clear, obvious rivalries with one another, as seen through clenched teeth and fake smiles. What’s more, there is a serious lack of any organization and planning in Jîth-rêlêkè Fêqê’s layout as well as the local’s behaviors. The town seems to be a den of chaos where tongues are forked and local customs do not exist.

The locals are convinced that there is some terrible threat against them working from within their society. It may be a matter of dark sorcerers, foreign spies, traitorous neighbors, shape shifting monsters, or some other hidden evil. This evil may be a recent fear, or it may be an inherited peril they’ve always had to guard against. The danger itself may or may not exist, or if it exists it may not justify the steps being taken.

Jîth-rêlêkè Fêqê's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used has a sleek, linear appearance with stylized, often geometric ornamentation. The primary facade of its buildings often featured a series of set backs that create a stepped outline. Low-relief decorative panels can be found at entrances, around windows, along roof edges or as string courses. It was best known for its use of smooth finish building materials such as stucco, concrete block, glazed brick or mosaic tile. Decorative details can incorporate various artistic or exotic motifs to suit the building's function or the architect's whim. Chevrons, zigzags, and other geometrical motifs are common forms of ornament.

The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Jîth-rêlêkè Fêqê lost 116 people, 233 livestock, and 80 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 47, when members of Jîth-rêlêkè Fêqê's militia enacted an operation to destroy or capture a specific enemy hero. The operation was complicated by enemy spies who revealed the militia's plan. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in victory for Jîth-rêlêkè Fêqê's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Jîth-rêlêkè Fêqê's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
